ZCTS has spent the past 7 years successfully organizing conferences, seminars, training, motivational trips, and special events, for numerous both International and Russian corporate clientele. During this time, ZCTS MICE Department has organized over 850 events of varying sizes.
The range of services provided by ZCTS for the preparation of corporate conferences and incentive trips includes the following:
- selection of venue based on advanced site visit (both in Russia and abroad) with a company representative, and selection and preparation of conference halls, as well as venue selection for gala dinners
- arrangement of direct charter flights or group bookings on regular flights
- transport and custom clearance of conference materials and product samples
- booking Moscow hotel accommodations for regional representatives who are in transit to a foreign venue, and arrangement of individual and group transfers both in Moscow and at the event site
- visa support
- expedited hotel accommodations for the entire delegations for events and trainings
- registration of participants, distribution of conference materials, and arrangement and staffing of a “Conference Center,” and installation of technical equipment (including special equipment), sound system, screens (includes securing permission and logistics for use of non-traditional venues)
- arrangement of concert programs, programs of excursions and leisure activities, as well as planning contests and sports completions
- arrangement for “Welcoming Greetings” by local authorities
- chartering of boats for corporate cruises as needed
- catering arrangements
- selection of souvenirs/keep-sakes and branding of the souvenir products.
Corporate Functions and Events
Company functions are a powerful means of cementing loyalty and emotional attachment to the company, and represent one of the most valuable elements of bolstering employee job satisfaction.
Thus, ZCTS believes that a corporate celebration should be an emotional, spectacular, memorable event.
The success of an event depends upon several key moments. Everything begins with an idea-- an idea that intrigues and interests guests, and that brings together the various elements of the event. However, an idea by itself won’t work if the creative conception and script are not underpinned by serious organization, technical support, and the dynamics of the event.
For each company event we offer conceptual planning of events that includes help in such areas as staging, decoration, visual effects, etc. Since the goals of company events are often both internal (for example, employee team-building) and external (communication with a company’s clients and partners), we offer clients not simply “a show,” but rather a wide-ranging package of tools to help achieve specified tasks.

- Creative conceptions, “well-tested scripts,” and selection of an MC for company events, as well as selection of any necessary actors and performers
- Selection of a venue best suited to conception and budget of the event
- Logistics and management of the event, including securing permission and working out logistics for use of non-traditional venues
